Pizza again! Embarassed Laughing Got some whoopsied bbq chicken from the hot bit at tescos in the fridge to use up. Got 10 bits for £1.40 so used half to make a chicken, potato, cheese and onion pie last night, got one in his packup and I've just had a bbq chicken pitta for lunch so will turn the last 3 bits into pizza topping tonight along with a salami one, a veg one and some garlic bread. Will do DS his own topping free tomatoey version as he really enjoyed sucking the bit of pizza his big sister shoved at him last week! She does love to shre with him it's really sweet, she's been trying to feed him bits of sandwich since he was about 6 weeks old!!! now he's finally getting big enough to actually have some things I can see fun head! DD loves her food and she loves to be sociable about it.

Ha! Me too.

Dan has requested "something like chilli" for tonight so I'm making something like chilli. I think I'm going to do some kind of spicy lentil potato layer bake or something like that.

Cheating again tonight with southern fried chicken, chips and beans as I have my committee meeting after tea. I'm vice chair of our community group and it's our monthly meeting tonight, we usually meet in the pub however we're in the village hall so got a bottle of wine to take! What good's a meeting without a glass of wine? My mum keeps trying to convince her village hall committe to meet in the pub as she reckons it sounds a more civillised (or bearable Laughing ) way to conduct a meeting.

Not sure what we're having tonight. I'm bored of cooking the same things all the time so we've been watching Mexican Food Made Simple and reading a few library books to get some fresh ideas. We have eggs, peppers, mushrooms and a leek to use up tonight so who knows what it will turn into!
