Its been really mild here for the last few days.
In fact yesterday I was stood in the garden in a t-shirt and in the direct sun I felt rather warm, Which is a little different to last winter!

DH bought a set of ice grips for his shoes reduced in the sales last week, for when the weather turns again.

According to the weather reports, snow may be on the way tomorrow for some people (not us though!):

"There is a YELLOW warning for snow for parts of Scotland, northern England and the midlands for Tuesday.

Rain will move east across the UK during Tuesday morning and is likely to turn to sleet and snow for a time giving some moderate accumulations above 200-300 metres. Icy patches are also likely where rain falls onto sub-zero surfaces. There may be disruption to travel, chiefly to routes over higher ground.

Valid 0400 to 1100 Tuesday"

Still not all that cold here. It's been windy again - the sea was huge this weekend, lots of sea foam. It's a lovely grey, rainy day here -perfect for me who doesn't have to go out, do any laundry or anything like that. We are now 4 fence panels down due to the strong wind.

Gorgeously sunny here today, looks reasonably still too. My phone tells me it's 0 outside so a good opportunity to wear my mittens.

Dan's going to buy some new thermals today, the forecast for when we're at the match on Friday is -3 so I think it's a good idea silent

We had a very heavy frost here this morning.

Some snow expected here tomorrow or sunday, but as long as its gone by the time I next have to go out, I don't mind!

We have snow forecast for tomorrow. I don't care what happens after midnight as long as we get back from the game ok I'm not bothered. I need to check the emergency bag before we set off (I'm sure we ate the biscuits and Fisherman's Friends) and I'm going to take a flask of water and a flask of coffee too. It hasn't got above freezing today yet but it's gorgeously sunny so the living room is really warm at the minute.

our snow's still here and DH has had to work from home. He had to interview someone via phone and has been on a conference call with the USA for nearly 2 hours so I've had to be very quiet and keep the dog quiet which hasn't worked too well what with the number of people coming to the door for one reason or other this morning Rolling Eyes .
