Indeed so I bought 10 of them one each for all our cars and extra one's for friends.
All our old worn out blankets end up with the dog

does anyone know where you can get a cheap one of those thingies that fit in a cassette deck but have a wire off them t plug into another music device? I'm sick of listening to the radio in the new car. I want my own, preferred music back!

Re: Chat about your Car
Our car is a 13 year old Saab. Our old car (Laguna) was a money pit from the time we bought it so when the last big bill came along we decided to get rid of the car. We bought the Saab as we only had £1500 cash to buy a car with and it has been a great buy. Need to save a bit for the next car though in case this one dies on us.

Re: Chat about your Car
My car is a VW Polo Diesel 03 plate which I brought new and which I have no plans to part with until it is no more, it only is used on a Saturday/Sunday and think inbetween mots did 900 miles (I hate driving and hubby has his own car) so it still has only 42,000 miles on the clock. It is brilliant on diesel.
My husband's car is a Skoda Fabia Estate petrol 04 plate and he got it from his work as it was damaged and brought the parts to do it up.
Think it is a bit of a waste having two cars in the house when mine is stuck on the drive all week (well eldest son has his own which I don't count).
We are on the look out for a Tax Exempt Landrover for my husband but been on the hunt for a while now and I am encouraging him as it was either this or an old tractor stuck on the drive for him to tinker with.

Re: Chat about your Car
oh tells me tonight that we have done only just over 4000 miles in 2 years in our car not bad. I think the average is about 12,000 miles a year.
