Morning,

I am getting out today weather permitting, no rain at the moment. I am going on a walk with my voluntary group. Minibus is going to pick us up at 10.30 and take us out to a country park with a lake and a teashop. Going to get some lunch together and get ready in a minute.

and getting on with my knitting
it is quite a nice day here today so i might see about getting out for a nice long walk, its that kind of chilly but fresh and sunny day (my favs)

Morning everyone,

Spurred on by the success of the bedroom cleaning yesterday I'm going to do some more deep cleaning today in the kitchen - it's really simple so not too much of a chore really. I've already done the minimums so that's all out of the way. Might do some laundry if it looks like the rain will stop for a bit. Then I'll do some work on the wallhanging this afternoon. Oh and do some exercise. That's about it I think.

Me too girls cleaning. Going to catch up on blogs and pins and then:

Tidy and clean our bedroom
Washing on the line
Tidy kids craft cupboard
Crochet
Cut bindweed and more willow for wreath

These are wants and must do's for today - they'll be bits and bobs of little jobs too

Morning everyone, lovely and sunny here today, bit fresh but at least it's not raining!
Gutted my bedroom yesterday and it's looking gorgeous, so today I'm tackling the boy's room's, could be gone a while, youngest has got back into Lego after it sitting in a box under the bed for over a year, so carpet is full of tiny pieces and drawers have various half built models sitting on them, which I'm not allowed to touch.
If you don't hear from me by tonight call out the search party!

Have done homeschool with DD. Need to do some shopping, and will probably stick some cookined in the oven later.

It chucking it down here and I have an overflowing laundry basket with things that really need doing in it so think I might have to put the heating on for an hour or so later to help dry the washing.

Got my last essay to look over and submit today then might have to open a nice bottle of wine tonight to celebrate - or then again I might have a sloe gin or two and save the wine for Saturday when we have our community group harvest jacobs join supper in the village hall. I'm taking Indian starters for this one , I made the chickpea tagine from economy gastronomy for the last one. It's a lovely event, we all make and take something good to eat, it's bring your own whatever you want to drink and then we sit around eating and drinking together for a couple of hours. Just a chance to connect with the other people in our community.

DD is sorting her growing shoe collection - I think I might be breeding a monster! But the shoes seem to be encouraging her interest in walking and since it is such hard work for her she needs all the encouragement we can give her. If the rain stops a bit later we'll go out and do some puddle splashing in her wellies.

Well, I survived, actually didn't take that long once I got started. Looking lovely now all dusted and hoovered and beds changed. Youngest has Boy's Brigade tonight so should stay tidy until at least tomorrow after school. Off to pick him up from school now then make dinner and take him to BB as don't know when hubby will be in, he's doing another few hours extra tonight!

I've done loads of little jobs that I tend to put off like washing out the bins and and stuff like that. Not exciting but even the cool kids need to do the recycling I suupose.

afternoon, sorry Im so late with my days work today...

apart from making Oh brekki and tidying up, I have done nothing so far today!

I met a friend for coffee and teacakes and she brought me the biggest bag of apples for freezing - think I will be busy on sunday/monday and had a good yak.
went to library to pick up books for OH.
met another friend for light lunch and stayed longer than expected yakking and now..... I feel guilty but if I put a spurt on I can clean up the patio, mop floors and hoover, oh and get dinner ready.....

back to normal tomorrow tho..

I have had a terrible day. I was quite ill over night (damned IBS flare up) so have spent most of today sleeping. hubby is home today so he picked up the slack for me. i came down to a wonderfully clean, vacuumed, dusted livingroom.
