Milk jugs and toast racks
Inspired by my sorting out of cupboards does anyone use a jug or pour straight from the carton etc? Also what about toast racks.

We don't have a toast rack, or a toaster for that matter but we do have a milk jug. We don't use it every day but if we're having breakfast or a drink outside we do and we use it at weekends or if we have a cooked breakfast.

As I can't stand cold toast we don't use or even have a toast rack.
However I have loads of different jugs which I use regularly but not for the milk as I don't drink tea or coffee.
I use mine to measure liquids and have jugs for sauces and custard.

Re: Milk jugs and toast racks
I do use my toast rack, but then I'm making toast for 7 children and 2 adults in a 2 slot toaster - so it's a bit like a production line and the children don't care if it's a bit cold! Mind you, it seems most mornings that just as quickly as I fill it with toast, the toast all disappears! LOL I just prefer using it to placing a mound of toast on a plate in the middle of the breakfast table.
I've recently started using my milk jug too because I found a 1970s Goblin Teasmade in our garage and we have started using it as an alarm to wake us up with hot tea/coffee in the morning, so I take a little jug of milk up each evening to use in the morning!
