Hi PI,

If you have a peep around you'll see that we are gravitating to a facebook group in the hope we will all be a bit more chatty.

I know how you feel with the losing the same bit of weight then putting it back on again, I've been like this for... months! I have got rid of 2kg in the past 3 month though. I think I hadn't been eating enough so my body had slowed down, I added in another small meal and that seems to have done the trick. So I'm nearly back into some trousers I haven't worn for a year.
