Do you like reading blogs? I love reading blogs, especially the creative ones. My absolutely fav blog is Lucy at attic24 attic24.typepad.com

I'm always on the look out for new blogs. Do you have any favourites?

I like attic24 too, we used to go to Skipton a lot and it's always fun to see her pictures, I love the crochet-tastic Connievan!

My favourite blogs are ones like design sponge, apartment therapy, emmas design blog, hyggelig happy, ikea hacker, meet me at mikes, young house love, mid century modern love and door sixteen. My favourite is probably sf girl by bay .

Thanks for those, i'll check them out later on (I'm supposed to be cleaning!)

Is that where Lucy is from. I knew it had to be somewhere like that, I was thinking Harrogate or Ripon, not too far off really.

My sister-in-law lived in Skipton back when I met DH, we spent many a weekend down there... it suits my laid back nature and can't beat a walk along the canal.

Connievan has whetted my appetite for a caravan but I've been told that it would mean a bigger more powerful car and we can't afford to change just now I'll have to just crochet some blankets for me tent then :|

Be jealous peeps, that's the market town we live outside! Sorry! Some very familiar views on there.

i cant say i am very familiar with blogs. I suppose I am more into forums and websites.

What is Pinterest?

Pinterest.com is an online pinboard. If you're on your travels around the internet and see a picture of something you really like, a craft idea or just something gorgeous you can pin it to your own personal board. When you join you add a "pin it" button to the bookmarks bar then just clicky it when you see something you want to make a note of. If that makes sense. You can also follow other users, either all their stuff or just certain boards. It's fab for wasting time and looking at great things.

It used to be invite only but if anyone is interested in joining I can send you an invite. You can browse without registering though.

I've just had a look and I would need your email address, but if you go to pinterest.com and request an invite they usually send them within a day.

My brain is like a sieve but this might be for you - crochet/knitted hats?Have you had a look at modern mommy crochet? The pictures she uses to advertise her stuff are just fab, it might be useful. She has an etsy shop and is on facebook too.
