Is it right to force people to go online?

Do you know anyone not online?

Do you feel we are being forced more and more to go online and is it right?

The government have just made a decision to make all business people file their vat returns online. The only exemption is if you are religious and cant use a computer for those reasons?

There must be some people who cant go online or who simply have no interest in the computer and I dont think one size fits all.

I know libraries provide free access but thats still forcing people and you have to also be able to go when the library is open?

A know people in their 50/60 in manuel work who don't do computers, some have been self employed for years, I do wonder what this group of people will do with the new tax/paye going online.

I think it's dreadful.

Not everyone can afford to be 'online' for a start.

Also you need to now how to use a pc, not everyone does.

What if have a disability that rules out the use of a pc?

It should NOT to forced on any one, just as not everyone needs to own and be able to drive a car.

Where oh where are our freedoms to live our lives as we see fit within the law of the land

And yes I do know people who arn't online.

agree no-one should be forced. The government have done this latest thing no doubt to save themselves money. I have written to my local mp ha.

I agree not everyone is comfortable about using computers.
